Jack began his insurance agency with Nationwide in 1981 after two years as an account manager with the Burroughs Corporation and one year as eastern USA sales manager for Memorex office products. He graduated from Kings College cum laude in 1977 with a degree in Business Administration. Jack has numerous insurance industry educational designations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI). He holds licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He is married with three adult children and two grandchildren. Among his favorite pastimes are gardening and experimenting with tropical plants in our northern climate, reading, and listening to his collection of music across many decades.
Robert Kustra

Bob is Jack’s younger brother, in his words, “he’s known him all his life.” Find him in our office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. He holds Pennsylvania licenses in Property & Casualty insurance.
Delaney Kustra

Delaney joined the agency in the fall of 2020 and officially became a Kustra in May of 2021 when she married Jack’s son. She graduated from Messiah College magna cum laude in 2019 with a degree in Athletic Training. She is also a certified and licensed athletic trainer and an assistant soccer coach at Delaware Valley University. She holds Pennsylvania licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance.
In her free time, Delaney enjoys playing soccer, spending time with her family, reading, and golfing with her husband.
